Soirée dégustation : vins du Lavaux

Une dégustation guidée par un vigneron du Lavaux, accompagnée d'un dîner d'inspiration suisse.

Pour célébrer le retour des beaux jours, nous accueillons un vigneron du Lavaux pour une soirée dégustation au Karibou Bar. Six cuvées sélectionnées pour rendre hommage aux terrasses inscrites au patrimoine de l'UNESCO, accompagnées d'un dîner trois plats préparé par notre chef. Places limitées, réservation recommandée.

Festival Jazz d'altitude

Trois soirées de jazz au cœur des Alpes, du quartet manouche au sextet contemporain.

Trois soirées exceptionnelles au Karibou Bar pour célébrer le jazz sous toutes ses formes. Quartet manouche, sextet contemporain et trio piano-voix se succèdent sur notre scène avec, en toile de fond, les Dents du Midi qui s'embrasent au coucher du soleil. Entrée libre, restauration et cocktails sur place.
