Drawing on a rich experience gathered across restaurants as far as New Caledonia, Enrick and Marianne have settled at Le Grand Chalet to bring fresh energy to the house. Their table mirrors who they are: warm, sincere, woven with memories and cultures.
Every dish is made in-house, from carefully chosen local produce. A simple promise: to delight lovers of fine cuisine, in an intimate restaurant of one hundred covers.

The Restaurant
An altitude table, honest and generous
A hundred covers, warm wooden panelling, crisp linen and a kitchen open onto the dining room. The menu invites you to travel: delicate starters, Swiss-cheese fondues and raclette, mature cuts of meat and finely cooked fish, with Vietnamese touches in a fragrant wok. The house is unfussy, yet every gesture is precise. The season sets the tempo; local produce leads the way.
When the weather allows, service moves out to the terrace. There, the panorama takes over: Swiss and French Alps, the Diablerets glacier, the Dents du Midi, the Trient glacier and the tip of Mont Blanc as the backdrop.

The Bar
The moment before, the glass after
Before dinner or to extend the evening, settle in at the bar. Low lighting, time-worn wood and a well-stocked shelf. The house cocktails draw on the seasons and mountain plants; the mocktails are crafted with the same care and the same precision.
On the wine side, the selection is short but precise: wines from Lavaux, Swiss gins, peaty whiskies, Italian vermouths and local beers. The barman tells the story behind each creation — and there are plenty of stories to tell.
