Terms and conditions of use

The following conditions describe the sale of the products & services presented on the website https://www.grand-chalet.ch by Le Grand Chalet, which, as operator and owner of the site, reserves the right to modify them without notice, the conditions in force at the time of the order prevailing.

Le Grand Chalet has made every effort to show the rooms and services presented in such a way that they are as close to reality as possible.
2. Prices
Prices shown on this website are in CHF. After completing the purchase order and before proceeding to payment, a summary of the identification of the product(s) purchased will be displayed, together with the total price.
3. OFFER AND PROMOTION
All the offers and promotion available and visible on our website or in our establishment are non-cumulative.
4. Payment methods
Several methods of payment are available on our website:

- advance payment (bank transfer) After pre-booking the customer will receive the banking information by Email
- payment by credit card (Vpay, MasterCard, VISA, Postfinance, Twint)
5. Cancellation policy
Short stay in low season (up to 3 nights) : Up to 48 hours before arrival - no charge 100% of stay for cancellations after this period and non-show.
Short and long stays in high season : Up to 30 days before arrival - no charge 14 days before arrival - 50% of stay 100% of stay for cancellations after this period and non-show.
long stays from 4 nights in low season : Up to 30 days before arrival - no charge 14 days before arrival - 50% of stay 100% of stay for cancellations after this period and non-show.
Groups from 10 people from 1 night : Up to 30 days before arrival - no charge 14 days before arrival - 50% of stay 100% of stay for cancellations after this period and non-show.
High season :
- Christmas and New Year weeks from Saturday to Saturday
- February and 1st week of March
- July and August
Hotel closed:
- Approximately mid-April to mid-May
- Approximately mid-October to mid-December.
Le Grand Chalet reserves the right to change opening and closing dates.
6. Customer responsibility
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the information provided to us, particularly personal and billing information, is accurate and completes the customer's order.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that once a reservation has been made, payment in full is received by Le Grand Chalet within the required time.
7. Registration
To make purchases on our website, users must register. This data will be stored in our address book in order to process orders.
8. Data security and confidentiality
All information provided by Grand Chalet customers will be used to process orders only. We guarantee total confidentiality.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions of purchase are governed by Swiss law. Accordingly, sales transactions shall be deemed to have taken place at the registered office of Grand Chalet. In the event of any dispute between the parties to the present contract, they shall submit to the competent jurisdiction in each case. Only the French version of the general terms and conditions of sale is binding.
