PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING :
1: to create an account (processing required; failure to provide data will prevent the creation of an account on the Platform)
2: to book a room and/or a service within the hotel (processing required; failure to provide data will prevent the registration)
3: Important communications and communications concerning your journay/reservation and/or service booked.
REASON (LEGAL BASE) :
1 : The processing is necessary for the execution of the contractual measures adopted upon your request and, for certain data, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
2 : Data will be processed only according to your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the previous processing, by directly deleting the data you have entered, or by writing us at info@grand-chalet.ch
Data communication and dissemination :
The data provided during the registration process will be processed exclusively by Le Grand Chalet staff and its collaborators, or by subjects expressly appointed as Data Processors (e.g., companies supplying platform management and maintenance services).
Furthermore, data could be communicated to other third parties to ensure to proceed to the registration correctly.
